The current uncertainty and significant changes to our usual daily routines as a result of the covid-19 pandemic, could mean that the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people is affected. Isolation has meant no school, no routine and no socialising, alongside increased anxiety around the virus itself.
We have pulled together a list of resources for children and young people, their families and schools that provide support, advice, guidance and activities to improve mental health and wellbeing.
We have also created a 5 Ways to Wellbeing Resource for schools and families. We have outlined the 5 ways and given some specific examples of activities that families and young people can do to improve their wellbeing whilst at home.
