Photo / Video Consent Form

At Stride Active we sometimes take photographs and/or videos of children and young people who attend our events and activities. We use these photographs and/or videos to promote the work that we do. We will use these on our website, social media channels, media outlets and wider marketing materials such as flyers, posters, newsletters and other documents. In addition to media outlets, we will only share photos/videos with funding and/or delivery partners with whom we have a written contract/agreement. Photos/videos will be retained for 5 years after which they will be deleted and removed.

We would like your consent to take photographs and/or videos of your child for the purposes outlined above.

To ensure that we meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act (2018), we need your consent. We really value using photographs and/or videos of young people to be able to showcase what pupils do and show what we do as an organisation, so we would appreciate you taking the time to give consent.

If you are not happy for us to do this, it’s no problem. We will ensure that your child is not in any of our photographs and/or videos.

Stride Active will be the data controller of this footage, which will be processed in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation.
