Stride Active and Imagine for Schools are creating a brand new resource for schools and teachers to support pupils’ emotional wellbeing using physical activity.

As part of this resource, we are taking photos and recording videos of some of the activities to help teachers to be able to deliver this effectively.

We will only use these photographs and/or videos to promote the programme and support teachers when delivering the Emotions in Motion resource.

We (Stride Active and Imagine for Schools) will use these on our website, social media channels, media outlets and wider marketing materials such as flyers, posters, newsletters and other documents. They will also be shared with schools that are delivering the programme (no geographical limit on this).

In addition to the media outlets named above, we will only share photos/videos with funding and/or delivery partners with whom we have a written contract/agreement.

Photos/videos will be retained for 7 years after which they will be deleted and removed in line with data protection procedures.

We would like your consent to take photographs and/or videos of your child for the purposes outlined above.

To ensure that we meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act (2018), we need your consent. We really value using photographs and/or videos of pupils to be able to showcase this resource and allowing other children to learn from it, so we would appreciate you taking the time to give consent.

If you are not happy for us to do this, it’s no problem. We will ensure that your child is not in any of our photographs and/or videos.
