Low mood in Children and Young People
This webinar will focus on low mood, what to look out for, how to help and what not to say.
There will be opportunity for questions and will also cover what to do if you are afraid for someone’s safety and risk of suicide.

The session will be delivered by Lynn Carter – Quality and Professional Practice Manager at The CLD Trust, Herefordshire’s service for therapeutic mental health support for children, young people and families. www.thecldtrust.org. Lynn has been a qualified counsellor for 15 years and is also a qualified supervisor. Her work has covered a breadth of aspects including addiction, family work, abuse, self-harm, anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation.
